Having trouble converting your bird onto pellets?

We’ve made pellets fun by mixing them in with our birdie carrot cake. Our carrot cake is made from only natural ingredients with added premium Harrison’s pellets . No preservatives, fillers, salt or sugar included. 

Feed as is, or alternatively use in foraging toys  as a source of enrichment.

Please note, birdie bread should be seen as a treat and should always be fed in moderation. It should not constitute more than 20% of your bird’s intake. Improper use may result in nutritional deficiencies or malnutrition.

Sampler (approx 9 slices of a mini loaf, NET 100g )

INGREDIENTS

Carrot, almond flour, Harrison’s lifetime pellets, chia, quinoa, flaxseed meal, walnut, egg, Ceylon cinnamon, ground ginger

DIRECTIONS 

Can be served dry or rehydrated. For rehydrated wrap a damp paper towel around a slice and leave in fridge overnight. 

EXPIRATION DATE
We recommend storing in a dark cool place and using within 3 months of opening. Please squeeze the air out and re-seal the bag tightly after each use. Moisture and humidity will increase the rate of spoilage of freeze dried food.

Please make sure you check the food before serving. Any change in appearance, smell or texture may indicate that freeze dried food is spoiled and should not be give to your bird.

For fresh carrot cake please store in freezer once delivered. Thaw at room temperature or microwave when ready to feed.

If you live in Melbourne and would like to pick up in store from Bird Vet Melbourne in Burwood, please order through www.chirpychop.com.au. There is no shipping fee for in-store pick up.

We take the utmost care to ensure your product arrives in the perfect condition. However as freeze dried products can be fragile, there is a small chance of breakage during transit.
