Shipping Policy
In most cases, items will be shipped within 3 business days of you placing an order, except in the case of preorders. Shipping times may vary due to public holidays, or general shipping delays caused by weather or other such events that are out of our control.
Free Shipping Policy
Orders for free shipping are shipped with either Australia Post or Sendle. Free shipping applies to orders that meet all of the following criteria;
- Total order value of over $100
- Shipped to an Australian Address
By placing an order, the purchaser assumes all risks associated with the shipping and delivery of the product. The purchaser acknowledges that once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier, the seller is no longer responsible for any damages, loss, or delays that may occur during transit. The purchaser agrees to bear all costs related to shipping, including any additional charges arising from delivery issues, and understands that the seller shall not be held liable for any damages, theft, or non-delivery of the product once it has been shipped. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier in the event of any shipping-related issues.
